Born & raised in Northern New Jersey, Joe Visaggio is a former dual-sport collegiate athlete. When a final injury cut his athletic career short, he turned his passion to fitness. Committed to exploring his own mind & body's capabilities - his purpose is to inspire, motivate, & educate all of those around him towards their potential.
At its core, physio-fitness coaching is built on the basis of proper stress management, nutritional direction, sleep application, physical output & musculo-skeletal movement manipulation.
